Acceptance

You can't accept.

Acceptance is the absence of non-acceptance.

Hold the list up to the blowing wind

Freedom is synonymous with discovering the many camouflaged layers of accumulated "shoulds" and "should not's" which keep us contracted on the level of thought and from flowing authentically.

This feeling is unmissable - overtime it manifests as a sense of claustrophobia, pent up frustration & resentment and a feeling of misalignment.

When we look closely at this collection of rules it is quite plainly a strategy we hope will deliver the most love from the others and maintain or improve our current safety net - two things in life we mistakenly believe we will die without.

It is for this reason we are so reluctant to hold the list up to the blowing wind and let it go.

Until, one day, the recognition of their toxic undercurrents becomes unavoidable and finally inspires brave change.

And then we wonder what took so long.

An attachment to outcomes and pleasure is what keeps us looking out there through the filter of thought, into the future. This inevitably keeps us unable to see, to Be what we are right now, to know our completeness and self contentedness directly.

In any moment if awareness lands on the obsessive thinking about the future, the thought "my happiness, my completeness is not to be found in pleasure or pain" may arise and cut off the thinking, leaving us, maybe only for a moment, right here and now.

Just stop and Be.

This is love and peace

The recognition that I can't do anything unless it is God's Will is simultaneously the realisation of my unbroken connection to Source.
This is the end of the notion of separation. This is love and peace.

Change of experience

Profound insight or realisation has to translate into significant practical change in our every day living experience. Otherwise, what's the point?

Don't you agree?

A night dream

February 9, 2017

In an instant, out of nothing arises a world scene, a beach setting maybe. Sun rays warming the skin, waves lapping, sand underfoot and body tingling breath gasping as water slowly rises. Seagull floating across horizon, maybe dolphins frolicking.

The individual objects, all the people, the main character too, ocean, grains of sand, seagulls and umbrellas all experienced as many and seperate.

Analysing a dream though, essentially we know, that they are all intrinsically One with, and part of, the spontaneous arising in the mind of the dreamer.

The nature of a dreamer's mind is Consciousness, and the dream manifests as a creation in that mind, made essentially of consciousness, not seperate from consciousness and witnessed by consciousness.

The dream is experienced from the perspective of the protagonist in the dream, as if consciousness is flowing through its eyes, and sometimes the perspective changes as if witnessed from out of body, however it happens that's how the dream has been created to be experienced - all the while experienced by the only consciousness there is.

The main character, thinks what they are destined to think, moves as they are destined to move, feels as they are destined to feel, all according to the divine script of the dream. The characters have no independent existance outside of the dream regardless of what the character is forced to believe as part of the dream. The storyline of the dream unfolds just like a play or film.

And then in an instance the whole dream dissolves, subsides back into nothing. The protagonist is gone, ocean, seagull too.

Consciousness remains the content gone.

Ready for another dream to appear.

Enjoy your day ~ dream willing

A beneficial belief?

We are bound to repeat activities we believe are beneficial.
Comparison for example.

No need to practice love

We are all already perfect at loving, no need to practice love,
we are just not very practiced at not resenting and not craving.

Speech of Belief in Doership

Freedom in Seeing

December 6, 2017
February 4, 2017

Eventually we can't help chuckling at how time and time again we See, that our uncomfortableness with life is a commentary which insists the actions or behaviour of the other is the problem.

And in this moment of Seeing there is freedom.

IT is so close

All this talk of God, Consciousness, Awareness, and such wisdom phrases which says "God and you are not two" and so on and so on - just words for a time.

Has it ever struck you, like a lightning bolt, that what is being pointed at is the very formless yet palpable thing flowing out of your eyes right now, the thing reading these words, the thing having the experience you call 'your experience', could that actually be "The Consciousness" that is so highly spoken of?

Could it really be that intimate? That obvious?
Of course, how could it not be, of course here it is, right now, not out there but here, so close that it is what I Am.
